Perry Ford Complaint - The Perry Service - Tune-Up And Warranty Service

POWAY, CALIFORNIA -- I made my mistake by buying my first new truck at Perry Ford. they sold me the works. I loved it at first. when you try to take it in for repair's like a check engine light they just cleared the code saying nothing was wrong. I brought it in a few weeks later for the same thing, still nothing found clear the code. finally after the 36k warranty expires the same problem come again I took it to them and; Wow they found some thing they were trying to charge me fees for diagnostics, service, labor, and that is just to say something is wrong. I brought up fords policy on the 12 month 12 k warranty for service they do and have checked. then the service representative got agitated saying if I want to play that he would ensure my truck would be help for 3 to 5 days. and I would still have to pay the same rate. plus storage fees.

By far the worst place to take a car ever kerney masa ford much better, they treat you really good I wish I could take my truck their but I can't due to an extended warranty that perry sold.

call ford corporate service about it.
