Complaint - Fix Your PDA is the worst Company to deal with - Scammers, Crooks -

Review by JDur2009 on 2009-07-14

Be careful with these crooks at I bought a "BRAND NEW" 80gb Hard Drive on their website for $134.99 back in March. Although the shipping and packaging were great, the hard drive was a disaster. It looked very clean and legit, but once I installed it in my iPod, I found tons of songs and pics on it. Literally, 3585 songs and 82 images. This clearly amounts to fraud, but honestly, I did not mind because I said I can use the music and I still had much more room to upload my own music. On Day 3 after the installation, I tried to turn on my iPod, but it would not turn on. It was giving me the file error page. When I put the iPod next to my ear, I heard a clicking noise which means that the hard drive has died. First, I tried to contact them for a month via email and by phone but nobody replied to my emails or calls. However, when I threatened in one of the emails to take this matter to the attorney general of NV, they responded and offered to replace hard drive if I agree to pay for shipping. I agreed thinking that we can just resolve this matter by getting what I paid for. 3 weeks later, I received the hard drive. This time, it was worse than the first time. There are dings and scratches all over the hard drive and I am not taking chances installing it in my iPod again. Instead, I will keep it, contact the attorney general of Nevada, Better Business Bureau, as well as Toshiba for allowing such a disgraceful company sell their products. I am just disgusted right now and I am warning each and everyone
I am just disgusted right now and I am warning each and everyone of you not to deal of these fraudsters. I cannot believe how people like these can sleep at night peacefully. Well now, they will not. I hope justice will be served here.

God Bless You All!
