Harr Motor Company, Worcester, MA Complaint - Avoid Harr In Worcester, MA

WORCESTER, MASSACHUSETTS -- Purchased a car at HARR Jeep/Chrysler in Worcester, ma. Dealer convinced me to purchase an additional warranty and as he said its a "BUMPER TO BUMPER" warranty... The only part he left out was that it covers NOTHING! I have had the car approx. 2 months and it has spent more tie either dead on the sign of the road or in the shop for repairs. Its constant, and when I contacted the dealer (THE OWNER) no resolution.2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee should have been advertised more clearly (electrical problems, dead battery, replace break lights, needs breaks, needed oil change/service one week after purchasing it, etc...).

So warranty covers none of the stuff and the dealer actually the owner has told me quote "there is nothing we can do".

There is one thing you could do, contact Martha Coakley's office and file a complaint with them. It is pretty easy to do, you can do it on paper or online. Just google Massachusetts Attorney General Consumer Complaint and it will take you right to the site you need.
