CenturyTel Complaint - CenturyTel is no good

If you think that you will be able to port your phone number over to a different company think again with CenturyTel. It took almost 2 months to get them to port the number over to T-Mobile Home. They never apologize for their mistakes or try to make thing right with the customer. Their phone and internet services as well as the customer service is terrible.
I have had them change my phone/internet bundle several times without my permission. Unfortunatly because of my location I am stuck with them for my internet service. Hopefully someday this company will go away!
