AT&T/Yahoo Complaint - Orwellian Company -AT&T
Have not thought about 1984 in years but this would be an apt description of your companies. I am furious AT&T/Yahoo believes it is better able to make decisions for their customers than the customer, herself. If I had desired the AT^T homepage than "I" would have made it my selection...and not have it thrown at me. Also, your new format is not user friendly! This has been bungled badly by corporate office...it would have helped to have notification before implementation but, of course, dictators need not worry about that.
I tried to do the chat on line....no success. Also, attempted to opt out of emails from Yahoo...again, no success. I truly do not think you are concern with the customer but simply what is best for AT&T/Yahoo.
