Charges just showed up on my Amex bill and we have no idea what it is. It is our fault that we do not line by line our bill and this charge has been there for many months. An audit revealed this problem. After calling the phone # it rings ONCE even with repeated efforts. When we contacted Amex - it is my opinion that they were well aware of the scam and offered to refund 5 of 10 months of charges. It is not a lot of money ($14.95 per month) but I am truly surprised that AMex even allows a merchant account with such a shady business. What I would really like to know if the name of the merchant that got us connected to UMG in the 1st place. I have read all UMG's bull**** and I take it for what it is - LEGAL crap that is destroying business ethics in this country
