Video Only Eugene Complaint - Terrible Customer Service

EUGENE, OREGON -- I bought a Samsung Blu Ray player last September from Video Only. In February it quit playing Blu Rays and DVDs. Samsung told me it needed a Firmware update. Two firmware updates and several months later the player still was not functioning. Video Only was not even remotely helpful throughout this entire process. As a matter of fact they told me I needed to get a copy of my credit card receipt, fill out a form, get it notarized and send to their home office. They said it would take weeks to find a copy of my receipt. I went through about half the steps and went to pick up the form. The guy went in back and they had my receipt. All that was just a runaround. I sent my Blu Ray player into Samsung, they repaired it and returned. It has been back less than a month and it is broken again. When I talked to Video Only they were once again completely unhelpful. My Blu Ray player is now in transit back to Samsung and in the last 10 months I've owned it it's worked less than half that time. I am always surprised how uncaring and unhelpful Video Only has been. I have purchased three TVs from them over the last few years, but I will never buy anything from them again. The very last person I talked to was a salesperson named Mark. He didn't even apologize for all the trouble I've had with the faulty product I purchased from their store.
