Sprint Complaint - SPRINT WILL LIE TO YOU TOO!
Ok so I don't even know where to start with this... I had Tmobile which I really had no complaints but my fiane had srint/nextel. We decided to go with a family plan and because his contract was not up we dicided to stay with Sprint. I went with the Insinct(which sucks! It always freezes and never gets reception) I was told in the store that in order to get my $100 mail in rebate I had to get the data plan BUT I could cancel the data plan after the mail in rebate comes in. THAT WAS A LIE AS I SOON FOUND OUT! I went into the same store that I was told that I could cancel and they told me oh no in order to have the instinct you have to have the data plan. Well that is NOT what there employee told me just mnths before that. Oh and it gets better they tell me that guy was fired because he was lying to customers to get them to sign contracts!!!! Needless to say hours and hours on the phone with customer service has got me know where... Please don't make the same mistake as we did! STAY AWAY FROM SPRINT!
