Buy.com Complaint - Don't ever order anything from Buy.com or DeepDiscount.com
On Saturday I ordered an item on Buy. Com and figured I made a mistake as soon as I put in my order. I couldn't find a phone number either they just sent me an email. I tried to get a hold of them several ways on Sunday 7/19/09. Than on Monday 7/20/09 they gave me a call I could not get a straight answer really from anyone and when I finally freaked out a bit they gave me a phone number to the acutal company sending me the item. I was trying to do a return and have the balance put back on my card and they said it was already processed. So I'm out of my expense on the item I didn't want and for me to send it back and have the balance put back on my card I have to pay to send it back for a refund.
