AirTran Airways Complaint - Fees - ticket refunds
I purchased a ticket on-line for AirTran. we had a family emergency and passed on the scheduled flight. when I went to re-book the rude customer service person said I lost the entire ticket because I did not inform them. This is the only airline I have ever encountered this with. When I asked to speak with a supervisor I was cut off NOT once but twice. the language is in the ticket but NOT bold and listed below other language about $75 for ticket change. This airline is deceptive and predatory.
