Nicole's Savings Advantage Complaint - Total Scam and No Customer Service

Review by havingasay on 2009-07-22
I signed up to get the $25 gift card that was promised. Received a postcard from them asking me to send it in with my info. Don't know why I need to send a postcard in order to receive the giftcard but fine, I sent it in. Then, instead of receiving the gift card, I received another postcard asking me to choose which gift cards I wanted. What the heck?! So I send that one in and big surprise, I never received anything! And meanwhile, they are charging up my credit card for membership fees! I've called several times asking where the gift cards were and they say, they are "looking into it" and "will send out new ones". Still haven't received anything! Watch out for this company. It's a total scam.

So, you signed up for something just to get the free gift card but you didn't actually want to use the service you signed up for.
Yeah, that never works. There's always some red tape to go through... there has to be some hoops you jump through to get something in return for doing nothing.
Nothing's for free.

If you try to rip off a rip-off artist you will usually lose.

That's exactly what happened to me. Did everything asked. Promises, promises, but no gift card(s)!
