Grassland Financial Service/Span Inc/Investors services Complaint - Not Reporting To Credit Report / To High Rates

Review by sick of corp america on 2009-07-22
FRANKLIN, TENNESSEE -- I have a loan with this company and they are not reporting any of my payments- they refinanced my home. My interest rate is over 16 %.

I have ran into 3 other people who happened to as well have loans with this company and as well are paying over 14 to 16 % and are not being reported to the credit.

I call trans Union and was told that they had 4 to 6 months to start reporting by law. SO I am see who else out there that they are doing this to? Trans Union explained what I needed to do if Grassland does not start reporting after we requested it. They are not above the law and if enough of us get together and reveal what is going on maybe we can find some justice.

Stop this company from hurting people.

There is no federal regulation that requires a creditor to report information to the credit bureaus. Thus, this company has the option of reporting or not, and if they choose not to, there's nothing you can do about it.

sounds like they are a sub-prime lender. so i am sure this has lots to do with it.
