Staples Complaint - Staples has very bad service
I bought a canon digital camera from Staples used a coupon at 38th st. Staples store on June 27, 2009. When I came home I found the camera box did not have battery charger. I called the store.
The manager told me that this was the only one they had in the store. I asked if I could change it in other store which had that. The manager told me yes and he found Noblesville store had another one and I could change it from there. When I drove 30 miles to Noblesville store, the Noblesville store manager refused to change or return because the box did not have battery charger. Then I drove another 30 males back to the 38 st. store return the camera. Then I asked the manager gave the coupon back to me. The manager refused to do that. I asked why. The manager said “ no why, you get your return receipt and get out here, otherwise I go’t call police!” What I could do was leave the store and never come back!!!
How bad the customer‘s service staple has!!!!!
