NEW YORK -- When we began using Yodle for our small-business search engine marketing I posted a very honest but negative appraisal of their services in relation to our needs. I now feel compelled to post a positive follow-up about the way they handled our complaints. Although their service did not meet the needs of our business, Yodle handled the situation professionally, responsibly, and proactively, doing everything possible to restore us to our original pre-Yodle state as quickly as possible.
