Ikea Compliment - Happy Customer
HOUSTON, TEXAS -- I had read the reviews of returning items to IKEA was a nightmare. I stressed out for NO reason. We bought an EKTORP sectional sofa, had it delivered, set it up, used it for 7 days and realized it was the most uncomfortable sofa we had ever sat on! I called IKEA Houston and told them we were unhappy with the sofa and we would like to return it but we no longer had the original packing as their return policy requested. They said, no problem, as long as I had the receipt. They even set the pick up for the very next day! I was very impressed with the fantastic service! The sofa was picked up, I went to the store; presented the receipt, no questions asked except "was there a problem?"...the credit was issued immediately and the people working at the return desk actually had smiles on their faces and were very polite!!! GREAT SERVICE at IKEA HOUSTON!
