SalesForce Complaint - SalesForce Professional Edition Horrible

Review by sidsmith on 2009-07-24
SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA -- Bad Cisco Salesforce professional edition. I used it for two days. I asked for a refund, they refused. No managers have yet to return my call.

I have repeatedly over the last three weeks, after using it for two days, asked for a refund. The product is hard to use and frustrating. I had to get back to running my business and making money, this product is a time sucker. It didn't help me at all save time or money.

Three weeks later they charged me $702 for the full amount. The say the contract is legally binding. I am existing customer, is this the service they provide to their customers? Watch and beware before you buy. Don't ever do business with Cisco or Salesforce. You will be screwed by them.

I use Goldmine & Outlook.

Goldmine is good but there's no better way to find new customers than to park the dammed car.. walk down the street and ask people to buy from you...
All the "sales programs" are in the final analysis is a glorified phonebook!

Someone marked my comment "helpful" and I appreciate that..
They must have been an old saleman to agree with the comment...

Telephone solicitation gives the customer every opportunity to simply hang the phone up on you..

That is financial suicide if you make your living selling.

How can you possibly understand a customer's needs if you don't know what what his business looks like or what's inside his building...
Phone lead programs are for people too darn lazy to get off their A$$ and WORK for a living...
