SalesForce Complaint - SalesForce Professional Edition Horrible
SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA -- Bad Cisco Salesforce professional edition. I used it for two days. I asked for a refund, they refused. No managers have yet to return my call.
I have repeatedly over the last three weeks, after using it for two days, asked for a refund. The product is hard to use and frustrating. I had to get back to running my business and making money, this product is a time sucker. It didn't help me at all save time or money.
Three weeks later they charged me $702 for the full amount. The say the contract is legally binding. I am existing customer, is this the service they provide to their customers? Watch and beware before you buy. Don't ever do business with Cisco or Salesforce. You will be screwed by them.
