Sears Complaint - Washer Repair
Dear repair center, shame on you for such disorganization. I called to arrange an appointment to fix my Kenmore washer on Saturday 7/18. After spending 1/2 hour on the phone discussing the problem and giving my product info, my appointment was set for Tuesday 7/21. I arranged to take off work that day. The repair person did show up on Tuesday, but to fix my oven??? unbelievable. I called back to schedule another repair person to come on Friday 7/24. I arranged to take another day off work. I call at 8:30 am to confirm that the appointment was set up and the correct repair person would arrive. However, the Sears automated message on the phone was telling me that my appointment was set for Monday???? I transferred to a sales representative He was unhelpful so I requested a manager. Brian #608943 really needs to learn how to satisfy a customer. He did absolutely nothing for me other than persistently trying to keep my Monday appointment. I kept saying that no one will be at my home on Monday and I took today off since the appointment was supposed to be today. For some reason, poor Brian thought I was trying to pull his leg. Sears!!!! this is embarrasssing customer service, Get your act together. I still have a broken washer that I'm throwing out, I really can't deal with your hassles and waste of my time.
