Select Comfort Complaint - BEWARE - Read reviews before purchasing a Select Comfort Bed - Sleep Number Bed by Select Comfort

Sleep Number Bed by Select Comfort - Complaint
Review by Jakesmom on 2009-07-24
Do not purchase this be until you have researched and read as many reviews as possible. I wish I had. The be only has a 2 year warranty, not 20 as advertised. The pumps are faulty and you have to replace at your cost with a refurbished one, not new. Some customers are on their 2nd and 3rd pump already. I am on my second and have only owned the bed for 2 years. The pump went out 4 months after the the warranty ran out. I had to pay 150 dollars to replace and it did not work so now I am waiting on another one.

Customer service is rude and snappy. Please be prepared to double your cost for as long as you own your bed.

I always thought about getting one of those, but I was afraid the dogs and/or cat would find a way to puncture the air chamber(s). Thanks for the info.

Thanks for the review--I too was considering purchasing one of the beds.

Good review, and thanks for sharing. I've slept on a couple of Sleep Number beds in hotels, and was not impressed.

My ex boyfriend had one of those-it was like a brick. Good review.
