Travelocity Complaint - Be Aware of the Last Minute Packaging
This company is very misleading. Through their last minute travel, Travelocity makes you believe that you are booking your travel vacation. They ask you for "Departing" city, and provide you with a list of cities that have major commercial airports. Then they ask you, if your minor (0-2 yrs) will travel in your lap. Then they make you pick a hotel, a car rental (which you have to pick up from the airport) and then they make you put down the name of all those who are traveling. At the very end, after you have provided them with your credit card, they will tell you "congratulations" you booked your vacation, oh and "flight not included." Be aware this is a scam. Worst is when you try calling their "customer service." You get connected to India. Hence, their representatives will scold you, tell you that you "got a good deal" or "what did you expect for $$$ that you paid" and then after yelling at you, they will disconnect the call. Awaful, wrost experience ever! Avoid this company. They are bad.
