MUKILTEO, WASHINGTON -- Horrible company!!!! No buisness ethics they fired an employee who was trying to protect us at our house. After the contract was singed what I had to say no longer mattered. It took twice as long to install then what they stated in their contract. When I called the owner of the company to complain I was told to mind my own buisness. I am not one to complain at all. Please don't use this company. You will be disappointed.

if your contract states specific dates, call your local attorney genral and file a complaint. or take the to court.

Ditto -- a horrible company for us too. Before we signed the contract, we felt like a customer. After, we felt like an inconvenience. Many unexplained delays in our job, so it also took longer than promised. If it happens once, you could think they just had a bad week. But twice, you gotta wonder ... Now when I see their advertising in the paper, I feel nervous for other customers.
