Microsoft Network (MSN) Complaint - MSN E-mail
ORLANDO, FLORIDA -- I had a 2yr contract with MSN dialup service. I could not get broadband and needed to move on to fast internet access. I was migrated with MSN's referal to Bellsouth DSL. I was told I could keep my MSN e-mail. immediately after I was getting notices that my e-mail was at a critical level and needed to upgrade from my free service and pay. I was at 100% critical at one point with no e-mails allowed to be received. I deleted everything eventhough I was not with that much e-mail. Now I cannot get any e-mail, eventhough I had none in my e-mail. MSN stated they will not help non paying customers even though I was still under contract with bellsouth with their referal. I'm stuck, lost all my e-mails and cannot get any e-mail. I would have stayed a loyal customer with MSN had they had braodband in my area. It appears they don't care about customers that have done nothing wrong and have honored and always paid their bills. I guess my e-mail problems and the lost of business is not releveant to MSN because its my problem.
