Jacobs Motors Rapid City South Dakota Complaint - Poor Customer Service by Owner
RAPIC CITY, SOUTH DAKOTA -- Here is an update to my dealings with Jacobs Motors in Rapid City South Dakota. After purchasing a Nissan Titan Crew Cab truck, it was towed back into the dealership because the transfer case was acting up. I waited for one week without ever hearing from Dave Jacobs the owner. I left him numerous calls as did my banker. Finally, sitting one week without even a substitute vehicle, I was called and told that my vehicle was ready. They had to replace the entire transfer case. Dave Jacobs was not willing to extend the warrantee nor was he willing to replace the vehicle. He refused to return my calls. Lee, the head mechanic, was the only professional in the dealership. I appreciated his honesty and communication.
I will not deal with this company again. I strongly urge others to avoid this dealership whose owner only wants your money and not your trust. Thanks.
