Amerigas Laconia NH Complaint - Customer Service - grill

LACONIA, NEW HAMPSHIRE -- I have been trying for almost two months to get a part for my grill I purchased. After several attempts via in person and on the phone...I still have almost two months can't get my part. They first told me they would call me...each time I go there...there is NEVER anyone to answer ANY questions about product or service. When I finally emailed the company I got a call from the store...when down again and again no one there to give me product or answer questions. They are the most ridiculous company to do business with. THEY NEED A CUSTOMER SERVICE LESSON....word of mouth is HUGE in business. They will never get my business again.
