Time Warner Cable Complaint - Time Warner HELL - This is cable service?
NEW YORK, NEW YORK -- For over 5 years I have lived through one Time Warner hell after another. And now the company's PR has decided not to give us a recording about outages and lie. as one agent this morning, said "no outages in your area." I have probably lost a total of 2-months service with the frequent outages the past 5 years. and have yet to receive a cut in my 127 dollar monthly bill. Not only that, I was told it was Vonage's fault and I should look there, because, "it's not our problem." I just received a call from Time Warner, 5 hours after the debacle, saying: ":We had an outage in your area, but now it's fixed." Note they waited until my cable was back on. Because I was lied to, I spent over an hour on the cell phone, trying to work out the problem with Vonage, because TIME WARNER lied, earlier, saying, "There is nothing wrong with our service." I can only conclude that Time Warner has concluded it is better PR to lie than it is acknowledge there is a problem. The recording that used to tell all the current outages has been replaced with denials by live agents and the big wigs, isolated from the everyday problems of their company, say "leave us alone, don't tell us your problems, just keep the money rolling in. We'll be at the country club."
