Dan Deery Toyota Complaint - Bad Faith Pricing
WATERLOO, IOWA -- On July 28, 2009, I reached an price agreement with their Internet Sales Manager. We agree that my parents would come to the dealership on July 29, 2009 to purchase the car.
Once they arrived, they were told by the salesman and the on-duty sales manager that they would not honor the price agreement and the new price was $2000 higher.
I spoke with both people and was told take it or leave it. I argued that we had a price agreement and was told - too bad.
My parents are now the proud owner of a 2010 Honda Accord.
