Maui bracelet - Complaint
I purchased the $60.00 Maui bracelet from Premier Designs. It fell apart within a couple of weeks. I returned it for a replacement. I was sent another one that not only also fell apart, the "gold plate" is so tarnished I'm embarrasssed to even wear this piece of junk any longer. I can't even attempt to clean it because where it's tarnished is where it falls apart! I'm pretty sure that my replacement was another person's return. If you could see the difference between what this bracelet looks like compared to the picture in the catalog, the difference would be shocking. Too bad this company makes such junk and the consumer doesn't realize until it's too late. I've bought better quality $10 bracelets from Target and such.
UPDATE: I finally decided to see if Premier Designs Inc. would send me a new Maui bracelet that looked new and didn't look like it was going to fall apart with out any more money being shelled out by me. Connie in customer service helped me do just that. Thanks Connie.

Did you wear the bracelet all the time? Premier Jewelry is not meant to be worn every day, all the time.

Seems kind of stupid to pay a lot of money for something and not be able to wear it every day, laklisa...

Premier jewelry is high fashion jewelry and like any accessory, it will experience normal wear and tear if worn every day. Do you wear the same pair of shoes every day? What do you think they would start to look and feel like in a couple of months? Premier designs manufactures over 70% of all high fashion jewelry sold in the United States. My wife has been a jeweler for 3 years and has many many happy customers. Yes, from time to time we have exchanges or replacements but we're happy to assist because this is one of the many awesome services we offer our customers. I'm glad you contacted Premier and got everything taken care of.

I agree, it's junk. My necklace did not look like picture in the catalog, the chain was different, it was assembled differently. The quality of the jewelry at the show is way better than the quality of the jewelry you get when you order. It is all made by different manufacturers and sometimes you're lucky, get good quality, and sometimes you get some piece of junk from a bad manufacturer. No consistency, no quality control, this girl isn't going to any more parties no matter who the hostess is.
