Countrywide/BofA Complaint - Worst customer service
I chose countrywide because I had used them in the past. huge mistake!!!!! I was asked certain questions and asked to send certain info to help in the loan process. no problem. then my loan would be sent to another processor and again I would answer the same questions and asked to send the same info that had been already sent and received. I would call and leave two to three messages a day because the loan seemed to bog down and so would my real estate agent, never got a call back except to call me and ask me the same questions I had already answered didn't even know that they had become BofA except to hear it on a recorded message. this loan process got so frustrating that I was actually losing sleep over it. especially after we went past the closing date (no fault of mine) and they charged me $100.00 a day till the loan closed ($1400.00 total). the one day I called and actually got throught to a live person I let them know that I was going to dump them as my lender my loan was approved. here's the funny part; a couple weeks ago BofA sent me a questionaire (via e-mail) about my experience with them. I took the time to fill it out; when iwas finished my keyboard was smoking but I felt a lot better. oh by the way no one from BofA has contacted me about my experience.
