Woot Complaint - Worst customer service EVER!!!

So, I have bought shirts from woot.com before. Several times. So have my sisters, and my sister's boyfriend, and we have bought them as fun gifts for others. Not that not having our business is going to hurt them, but I just wanted people to know that their fun, clever, "cool" kid behavior stops when the shirt leaves their warehouse. Apparently, computers don't make errors and they have no tolerance for less than estatic consumers. I bought a shirt recently and when I got the email that it was on it's way, it was the wrong shirt. Not only did they pretty much tell me that I was S. O.L. they suggested I sell it on eBay if I didn't want it. Didn't want it? No, but I DID want the one that I ordered! They were in no way going to even try to make things right and what is one lost customer to them anyway? Just wanted everyone to know. There are many other sites with cool t-shirts and good customer service that are worth your money. I was truly surprised because I thought that they were an upstanding company. I am sure that the artists that contribute to this site would be as disappointed as I if they knew how things were being handled in the customer service department. :(

If you ever get the wrong item from these folks, you are stuck with it.......maybe you could sell it on ebay, tho!!

p.s. I used to think what the other guy who wrote a woot compliment on this site thought.....
