Rent Max Complaint - Rent Max people are not trained with customer care

MIAMI -- The people on the other line were abrasive and rude when asking reasonable questions. "Like where are you located?"
They put me on hold for over 18 minutes, then I hung up. Then no answer for 10 more minutes. When my reservation was jeopordized they made no allowance for me coming on public transport from 1.5 hrs away...he could only hold it for an hour, then the price increase from $29 per day to $79!

I do not recommend their service.
