Travelocity Complaint - Travelocity is a nightmare
Travelocity caused me nothing but pain on a recent trip. They scheduled me on a flight that had been cancelled. The emailed me when the flight had changed, and I changed to something that was still scheduled, but was WAY too early. So, I called Travelocity a week before my trip and was offered an alternative flight which was 90 minutes later. Of course, I jumped at the chance. When I arrived at the airport, I was told that flight had been cancelled and should have been notified by Travelocity. Of course I received no such notification. I could not fly out for another 8 hours. I also had my 6 year old daughter with me. I called Travelocity and spent 55 minutes on the phone with them, asking them to fix the situation. They did nothing except waste my time and offer me nothing to fix their mistake. I will never use them again. Their customer service operators are robots who seem to read from a script or something. What a nightmare.
