MIDDLETOWN, CONNECTICUT -- buyer beware when dealing with middletown toyota..they trick you into signing a paliminary contract to find you a car (none on lot). take a large deposit(1000.00 min).. if you you change your mind the next day.(say you decide to keep your present car) they refuse to give your deposit back...these guys are snakes!!!!!!

Do you mean preliminary?

Unfortunatley this scam is used by many un-reputable dealers. A Better Way Wholsale Autos in Naugatuck CT uses the same scam. Beware!

"Preliminary contract"?? NO ONE gets money or a signature on anything until we agree on a deal first. An approach like that would have prompted me to IMMEDIATELY get back in my vehicle and leave!
