Dish Network Complaint - In total agreement. Dish Network is worthless.
Live in an apartment complex where the prior management got the whole complex locked into a 10 year contract with Dish. Even the current management hates it.
*Loss of signal every 20-30 seconds on clear sunny days. I've used a timer to track it.
*At least once a week loss of signal lasting for 1 day or more.
*Phone calls to customer svc and tech support get no results.
*Online chat for 1/2 hour or more bounced around from one department to another, only to be told to phone some other department.
You know this service is craptastic when the tenants here eagerly look forward to getting COMCAST.
