Priceline.com Complaint - Anyone Interested in class action suit for unethical practices?
I never used Priceline until last month and I am sorry I did.
Seems I am not alone after reading countless scores of people who encountered non existent customer relations.
I too, am furious at the 150$ fee I had to pay in order to change my flights to another destination as the booked flight was not doable thanks to being laid off.
Trying to locate customer service and having a caring compassionate representative who does not read from a NOPE SORRY script is a effing JOKE.
I guess they don't give a damn about their customers and gouge them at every damned turn. It was like speaking to a foreign wombat with no common sense or ability to think for themselves. Do they put a person on the phone who can parrot the TOO BAD SO SAD mantra or is that a special skill? Anyone interested in suing them for gouging?
