Rice Box Complaint - Forgot my Order no compensation and lied

LOMA LINDA, CALIFORNIA -- First time going to Rice Box in Loma Linda. I made a order at 1:16PM then sat down and waited. People behind me in line all got their orders. It was 1:36PM I lost my patience it has been 20 minutes. I went to ask the worker out in the dining area to check on my food. Then I see the people in the back of the counter quickly make my food while I stood in front of the cashier counter watching. They avoided eye contact and did not talk to me. I got my food and it was 1:40PM. In a joking voice "did you forget my order" they replied without looking at me "were busy" I was not happy at all. If they were busy I would at least get my food before the people in line before me.

They did not give me any compensation or anything.

The food was great but the customer service is CRAP

Sounds like an honest mistake. Maybe you could give them another try and the opportunity to reedem themselves?

Just curious. Why is it, every time something happens to make a person unhappy, they think something should be given for FREE!!!!!

Well, if the order was for hot food at least you know it wasn't just setting there getting cold. What is your idea of 'compensation?' And, for what? You got your food, didn't you? And why should you get your food 'before' the people in line 'before' you?

The OP should have been compensated, imo. They left him sitting there waiting for almost half an hour.
An egg roll, drink, something admitting fault and apologizing for it. That's what keeps customers coming back.
