AirTran Airways Complaint - HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
ORLANDO, FLORIDA -- Air Tran Airways has THEE worst customer phone relations I have ever experienced. Once I DID get on the phone several months ago the representative stated they were "working on improving faster service via telephone." That was a total lie. Today, I waited 1.5 hours and still did not get a representative. I went TO the Air Tran counter in Pensacola, Florida and they said that they could not help me only to CALL Air Tran. All I want is wheel chair assistance for my Mother and a written confirmation that she will be taken care of on her flight.
Just what in the heck is a person to do if there was an emergency and had to contact Air Tran?
An apology will not suffice, ONLY IMPROVED CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I E mailed them only with a response that they would respond within 48 hours.
