EFAUCET.COM / EIMPROVEMENT.COM LLC Complaint - ITEM CANCELED - HOTEL TOWEL SHELF

PURCHASED TOWEL SHELF ONLINE FROM EFAUCET ON JUNE 30, 2009, WAS TOLD THAT THE ITEM WAS IN STOCK AND THAT IT WOULD 4WKS BEFORE SHIPPING, THEN CALLED THE NEXT DAY JUST AS A FOLLOWUP AND WAS TOLD THAT IT WOULD BE 6WKS AT THAT TIME I CANCELED THE ORDER, AND GOOD OLD AMBER YOUR ORDER WAS CANCELED AND WE WILL ISSUE A CREDIT "NOT" THEY CALLED ME A DAY LATER AND SAID THE ITEM SHIPPED YOU CAN'T CANCEL SORRY BYE. CURRENTLY IAM DISPUTING THE CHARGE. BUT EFAUCET CHARGES YOUR CARD WITHIN MINUTES OF TAKE YOUR ORDER AND THE ITEM WAS NOT IN STOCK HUM.
