How is it that this pathetic monopoly is still functioning???? How can this pathetic monopoly charge consumers twice for the same services??? How is it that colorado keeps looking the other way??? (This company is almost as bad as that a-hole john hickenlooper) Come on colorado and New Mexico and other states that deal with this crap!!!! SPEAK UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
