TD Canada Trust in Cloverdale Complaint - They Can't Even Do A Wire Transfer

I went into TD on Wed to do a wire transfer of 23000 USD gave them all the info they needed, Stephanie at the Cloverdale branch Surrey BC Canada. Put in the wrong info. I check up on it Thus afternoon still nothing, wait one more day, Friday cam around still nothing so I called head office in Ontario, they did not have a clue... so I call US Bank in the USA, I got my answer Stephanie the teller at TD did not put my account # at the receiving bank, how dumb can you get. so Friday afternoon we sent it again. Now with the weekend and holiday I can enjoy 6 days down time on 23,000 US $.

As I have to pay interest on this amount also the loss of stock income I planed for this money is gone!!!!!! There is nothing like people that don't know what the hell there doing and a Bank that can't even track your money. Though they where noce at that branch I would not go there again as I just can't afford these kind of mistakes again!!!!!

NOT HAPPY AT ALL.

When you place an order for a wire transfer, you are given a document with the details of the transaction on it. Did that document have the account number?
