Dell Computer Corporation Complaint - Still waiting for the PC in New Mexico
I contacted Dell by website and placed an order for a PC , and printer June 22, 2009. I was informed that due to me not responding in a timely manner to all of the emails ans voice amils that part of my order had been cancelled. I contacted Dell and got that straightened out and my printer was received 07/14/09. I have not still received the PC that I ordered that same date. I made numerous (worthless) calls to customer service since July 15th and then on July 22nd I had a gentleman contact me back and tell me my order along with 7 other people 's orders had been lost and they cannot even track it. I was reluctant to take their offer to a free upgrade (headaches that is) and have had even poorer contact with the "high priority" contact than I had with customer service. He does not respond to emails or voice mail and last correspondence on July 31st after my contact stated he still has no status. It will be 2 additional weeks since they have been working this problem and still no answers.
I would not recommend ordering anything from this company as I have spent hours of my time tracking my order. They did not even contact me when my first order was lost. Ready to give up on this one !
