GE Credit Card Complaint - GE customer complaint

I am writing because GE after 2 letters and now 7 calls said to go to their website to reply but the website will not take my information.

After becoming a statistic of my husband being laid off I immediately informed them of our situation. I also wrote 2 weeks later explaining the same. After so many calls explaining the same and asking for the calls to stop I am still receiving them. So as I said I went to the website to see if I could get anywhere there. Obviously not.

What is wrong with the customer service here? Ge, out of the 4 creditors I have, is the only one that I cannot speak to and get results from explaining that we have zero income at this time and cannot pay even for our survival!

I have never seen such inhumane treatment! I also am still finding that the original bill is wrong, that I was lied to about the monthly payment.

I encourage everyone to stop and think about using this credit card service, it is the most awful company I have dealt within 51 years!
