Arbor Place Kia-Douglasville Complaint - Problems with 2006 Kia Sportage
DOUGLASVILLE, GEORGIA -- I purchased a 2006 Sprotage stright off the Kia showroom floor for my wife. I will start off with her loving the car itself. She loves driving it when it is in working order. I purchased this car soley on the warranty Kia offers. We narrowed the choice down to two, The Kia Sportage and the Toyota Camry. I wanted her to get the Camry but she choose the Sportage. I purchased the car with the understanding if it make a sound take it to Kia for repairs. She has taken it back to Kia and each and every trip there she received the same response: "Part may not be covered" or "we cannot duplicate the problem". I have had to take off of work and travel up to D-ville and speak with both the service managers and the GM. One problem was with the A/C making loud roar sound. The tried to say sound was normal and had another Kia there to prove it. I showed up and drove my wifes car with the S. O.B that said sound was normal and proved otherwise that it was not normal by having him find any on the lot that made the same sound as this on is making. He could not and they replaced the A/C Compressor. I cannot get them to do anything with my wife. Even after the Service manager change they give her a run-arround. Now we have been waiting for a month for the ESC recall to be repaired only response is we are waiting for the parts to come in. She hates going to the repair center because of their lack of care. I do not have the time to go up there and take care of an issue the refuse to help my wife with. I am not comming out and saying that they do not respect women and their cars..... but why do I get a response after having to come up there and getting upset?
