Pinnacle Complaint - Incompetents run rampant
Bought the software upgrade for $89.95 last year.
Unable to install due to various problems, none of which were satisfactorily addressed by Pinnacle's support staff.
I have spent, conservatively, 100 hours implementing their suggestions, reinstalling the software, etc. etc.
They finally just stopped responding to my help requests. They weren't just incompetent, but unwilling to my last request to at least return my money.
You could make a case for that they simply stole my money. My next step will be to report that to the FTC.
