T-Mobile Complaint - NEVER sign a Contract w/ T-Mobile
COLORADO -- I cannot get out of my T-Mobile contract for 2 years without paying $200 - and the cell phone is still broken. It is a Network problem - and engineering finally admitted it. For 3 years I've been telling them that. They said my phone was too old and if I signed a 2-year contract, they would give a new one that worked properly. They gave me a cheapy and it has the same problem (voice mail icon stays on always /cannot make it shut off; 3 phones + 3 Sims Cards + 3 years = same problem.) They do NOT put you thru to Engineering unless you threaten to post on Web. Finally they admitted it is a Network problem; they will fix it in 9 days (maybe???). Why did they make me call them 10 times at an hour each time?????
