Bose Corporation Complaint - Bose ripped me off!
I bought my QC2 headphones a little over a year ago. I have used them on maybe 10 or 11 flights, plus used them to listen to music. I have always taken very good care of them. Recently the tiny plastic piece that holds the headband to the earcup broke. When I contacte Bose I found out this is a KNOWN problem, which they will not fix. Bose is selling these for $300, figures they will only last a year, and then "offers" to sell you another pair for $100. Do you really want to pay a $100 a year for headphones?
