Phonepower.com Complaint - Poor Customer service and Poor policies
WINNETKA, CALIFORNIA -- I just purchased a year with this company! I have not received the equipment as of this!
1. I made a mistake they offered a free cloned line and when I thought I was setting up the cloned line I set up a virtual line instead. When I talked to Customer service their attitude is so sad to bad NO REFUNDS OF ANY KIND!
I haven't even started service with them!
I admit it was my mistake but it cost me!
2. They start billing you from the moment you place the order! You receive the equipment 7 to 10 days later if you’re lucky!
This company needs to work on their customer service skills and there greedy ways. I prepaid for one year so I hope and pray it is not a big mistake.
