Wal-Mart Complaint - Poor customer service
REDDING, CALIFORNIA -- I purchased fabric at my local wally world (redding, ca) and was double charged for it. the cashier couldn't correct her mistake so I had to go to customer service. can't figure out why they call it that. the woman said she couldn't give me a refund, she didn't understand the double billing for ten yards of fabric at 5.99 per yard. I showed her the fabric and where it was double billed. she called the customer service manager who started raising her voice and telling me I wanted free money. the store manager came over and I explained to him, all the while the c. s. manager was pulling the material out and shaking all ten yards on the floor. I finally received the money and have not been back to purchase anything since. won't be returning. this store does not know the meaning of customer service. why do they hire rude, ignorant people to deal with the public?
