HughesNet Complaint - Don't Choose Hughes!
I should have started by looking at the reviews on this site for this company.
I agree with every single complaint on this site against them.
Their salesmen speak PERFECT English when it comes to selling a contract and installation.
The installer came and did his job only to find out he installed a HUGE dish in the FRONT of our home BOLTED into the siding. we were very displeased with the way the satellite looked on our home.
We then called CS and they told me there was NOTHING they could do I spoke to a MGR and he said there was nothing they could do but send my complaint to the 'COMPLAINT DEPT' I asked what can they do that you can't? NOTHING.
He said I would receive a call within 48 hours...its been 3 days...
In the meantime I have made SEVERAL CALLS to the "technical I speak absolutely no English dept" or "i read from a script dept" I made these calls due to the ABSOLUTELY SLUGGISH INTERNET. they fix the issue for about 2 min...if that. OR they tell me I have went OVER my LIMIT which the internet is sooooooooo slow I am barely on it due to being impatient and frustrated ( and the fact I don't want to break my computer due to them!)
At my last attempt I called to speak to another foreigner with an American name (like I'm stupid)
I requested a CORPORATE office number to contact due to all the problems we have in 3 days. the representative informed me he did not have a corp number then I spoke to ANOTHER mgr who also informed me they did not have a corp number.
I was dumbfounded by this....
I googled this myself and found this on MY OWN.
which this is my next and last step.

DO NOT CHOOSE HUGHES.
