Kentucky Fried Chicken Complaint - Customer Service
BRIDGETON, NEW JERSEY -- Right now I am so mad that I can't see straight! I went to KFC with my 5 year old and 5 month old, to use the coupons for a 2 piece meal and laptop for my son, at the drive-thru of course because it's easier with a baby! I was told I had to go inside to use more than 1 coupon because you are only allowed to use 1 coupon per visit. So I proceed to go inside and wait in the long line, holding the baby and watching out for my 5 year old. When it got to be my turn, I wanted to explode when asked, "for here or to go?" I asked to first see the manager and then have my order taken. I was told again that I could only use 1 coupon. So I told the girl to do 2 separate transactions and she looked at me like I had 2 heads. After she took my order I asked where the manager was. She called her again. Shaneeka was here name. She moved like a pregnant elephant. You can't tell me that if the manager moves that slowly that her employees are going to move any quicker. I felt that she could care less about what I was trying to explain; that at the window they told me I had to come inside and then inside I was told I could only use 1 coupon per visit. Then, I waited 20 minutes for my order. KFC in Bridgeton, NJ is a joke. Do not go there unless you like being treated like you are pestering them by soliciting their establishment. I am still so mad that I can't see straight. The next thing I want to do is find an address to write so that I can express my concerns over this restaurant; perhaps the Better Business Bureau. The only exclusions on the coupon are "Limit 1 per coupon at participating KFC restaurants. Not good with other special offers. Tax extra. No reproductions accepted."
Forgive my typos and do not go to the KFC in Bridgeton, NJ.
