Sony Vaio – worst product
6 month back I bought a Sonay Vaio VGN-FW11ZW (£1399) and one day I started having multi-colour lines on my screen.
When I send it to Sony they called me and said this looks accidental damage and would cost me £800 to repair. I kept saying it’s not accidental damage but they were rude and their engineer are saying and that is final.
They didn’t listen anything and I don’t have any other option so convince them that this is not accidental damage. But it’s their product fault.
i would never buy any Sony product in life…Sony customer care is not well mannered when talk to customer…
I am disappointed with their response and they way then handled it ..
Anyway..my sincere advice. don’t buy Sony laptop….
