Target Complaint - Guests Complaints
For the most part I agree with complaints about the return policy. What I would like to sound off about is the way some guests address these issues/concerns in the store. I have worked as a Guest Service Manager and have experienced all kinds of nasty treatment. There are many instances in which I have received threats and been called names all because no one has read the back of their receipts. A lot of those issues could be avoided if the family and friends would show cashiers the registry or take gift receipts when offered.
Remember that the managers or team members in our store are just following limited options to keep guests happy in addition to their job!
